RAPAPORT & P.MAJOR – RAP MAJOR

‘Rap Major’ is the new Jazz laced boom bap album by producer, composer, and acclaimed Jazz saxophonist Peter Farrar (P. Major) and rapper / guitarist Rapaport to be released through label Low Key Source. P.Major’s thick sample heavy, analogue beats are combined with Rapaport’s heartfelt wordplay to create an assured rich harmonically rich hip hop album.

Although Rap Major is their first collaborative album release, Rapaport and P.Major have worked together in various projects for 25 years, notably as half of award-winning (Triple J Unearthed competition 2014) four-piece Loose Change who released two albums ‘untitled’ (2010) and ‘Listening Party’ (2014) alongside Ellesquire and DJ Sam Zubrycki.
